Welcome to nada4d. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and nada4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online sports betting and live casino platform accessible at https://nada4d.click (the "Platform" or "Website").

nada4d is an online gambling platform primarily designed for and marketed to users in Malaysia. All services on this Platform are offered in English and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless explicitly stated otherwise. By accessing, registering on, or using the nada4d Platform in any capacity — including browsing, placing wagers, participating in promotions, or contacting support — you unconditionally agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the nada4d Platform. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and nada4d, whether verbal or written.

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement. Capitalised terms not otherwise defined shall have the meaning given in the relevant clause.

To register and maintain an active Account on nada4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Platform. nada4d strictly prohibits access by any individual under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the nada4d Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether personally or in conjunction with another party, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Own Behalf: You must register and place all wagers solely on your own behalf. Acting as agent for another individual is expressly prohibited.
• Non-Prohibited Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or a resident of, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly illegal. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• Not Previously Excluded: You must not have been previously suspended, banned, or self-excluded from the nada4d Platform by us or at your own request.

When completing your registration on nada4d, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully liable for all activities conducted under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

nada4d is required to verify the identity of all Users who request a withdrawal or who reach specified deposit thresholds. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documentation:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad / National Identity Card, Driver's License, or valid Passport).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., TNB electricity bill, Indah Water statement, or official bank statement bearing your registered address).
• A clear selfie photograph of you holding your identity document, confirming your physical identity against the document provided.

nada4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and may lead to Account closure.

You are solely responsible for all actions taken under your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify nada4d Support immediately. We will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

By using the nada4d Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent betting activity, including the use of automated systems, bots, or scripting tools place wagers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on any part of the nada4d Platform, software, or proprietary content.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or as a mechanism for processing proceeds of criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nada4d support staff or other users of the Platform in any manner.
• Exploiting identified software bugs or technical errors in a manner that provides unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to nada4d immediately; exploiting known bugs will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated winings.
• Creating, operating, or sharing access to multiple nada4d Accounts for the purpose of abusing bonus structures or promotional offers.

nada4d reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to take any proportionate action it dems necessary, including the suspension or permanent closure of any Account found to have violated these Terms of Use.

nada4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank Internet Banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bankerhad online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency transfers via USDT TRC20 or Bitcoin (BTC). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), with the exception of cryptocurrency deposits which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallet methods and RM 100 for bank transfer methods, unless otherwise specified on the deposit page.
• Deposits are credited to your nada4d Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems.
• nada4d does not charge any fees on standard deposits. Any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the User.
• All funds deposited to your nada4d Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawals are available to Users who have successfully completed KYC verification and hold a positive real-money balance in their Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum single withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically 5–15 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) typically 10–30 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals typically 15–30 minutes. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside nada4d's control.
• nada4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request and may temporarily delay processing pending the satisfactory completion of such checks.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a method registered in the User's verified name.

nada4d offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal bonuses, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any additional specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• A User may only claim each type of welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and account suspension.
• nada4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that any change does not adversely affect Bonus Funds already credited to a User's Account and already in progress of meeting wagering requirements.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• nada4d reserves the right to remove Bonus Funds and any associated winings from an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, risk-free hedging strategies designed to convert Bonus Funds to withdrawable cash, and misrepresentation of identity.

All bets and wagers placed on the nada4d Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. Where there is any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant bet.

Odds for all sports markets — including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, Formula 1, and all other covered events — are displayed at the time of bet placement and represent the payout multiplier at that moment. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly; the odds confirmed at the point of bet acceptance are final.

nada4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the bet is placed on an event that has already commenced without in-play betting being available; there is evidence of system or data feed error; the stake exceds applicable limits; or the bet is made in contravention of these Terms.

In the event that odds are published in error (palpable error), nada4d reserves the right to void bets placed at the eroneous odds, regardless of the status of the event or the outcome. Users who identify apparent pricing errors are expected to notify nada4d Support immediately and must not deliberately exploit such errors.

All casino games — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and 4D lottery — are governed by the respective game providers' rules. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.

nada4d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling should at all times remain form of entertainment and must never be regarded as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

• Users may request the application of deposit limits, session time limits, and wagering limits at any time through the Account Settings panel or by contacting Support.
• Self-exclusion requests — whether for a defined period or permanently — are processed by nada4d Support and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During any self-exclusion period, the User may not create a new Account.
• nada4d employs monitoring systems to identify patterns of potentially problematic gambling behaviour and may proactively contact Users or restrict Account activity where necessary.

All content on the nada4d Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, user interfaces, logos, photographs, trademarks, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive proprietary property of nada4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial online betting and gaming. This licence does not confer any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sub-license, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of nada4d.

Any unauthorised use of nada4d intellectual property may result in the immediate termination of your Account and may expose you to legal liability under applicable Malaysian and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nada4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other commercial or economic loss.

nada4d's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nada4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

nada4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe.
• At the User's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• A User being identified as being under 21 years of age.

Upon account termination for cause, nada4d reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including any pending bonuses or Bonus Funds, where the closure is attributable to fraud, Terms violation, or abuse. Where closure is initiated by the User in good standing or for responsible gambling reasons, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the User following completion of applicable verification checks.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting nada4d Support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any pending KYC checks and the resolution of any pending wagers.

nada4d reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to their registered address, or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the nada4d Platform following the effective date of any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the nada4d Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably in the first instance by contacting nada4d Support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
